1. Our Content Standards

We write for Bangladeshi business owners, not for search engines. Every article on our site is written by people who understand the daily challenges of running a shop, pharmacy, or restaurant in Bangladesh. Each piece is reviewed by our engineering team before publication to ensure technical accuracy.

2. How We Write

Our content is based on first-hand experience from building POS and inventory systems used by real businesses across Bangladesh. We use real examples from Bangladeshi retail — from grocery shops in Dhaka to pharmacies in Chattogram. We avoid generic advice and focus on practical, actionable guidance that works in the local market.

3. Sources & Citations

When making factual claims about regulations, tax rules, or government policies, we cite official sources. These include the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), and other relevant government bodies. Links to original sources are provided where applicable.

4. Updates

We update articles when information changes — whether it is a new tax regulation, a feature update to our software, or a change in how a payment gateway works. Each article displays its last review date so you know how current the information is.

5. Corrections

If you find an error in any of our articles, please email us at hello.orixa@gmail.com. We will review your feedback and correct the article promptly. Accuracy matters more to us than being first.
