Orixa provides web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing services. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final deliverables. Orixa retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in the project proposal and agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and approval of deliverables. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
